Online Training 24-hour Help Desk

In an effort to further expand the scope of services to its large base of online learning customers, Craig Safety Inc. is proud to announce the creation of a new online training help desk. The purpose of the new help desk is to help Craig Safety clients and online training students find the information they need at anytime of the day or night. “We realize that training takes place at all times and want to accommodate the schedules of our customers who may be seeking training and certification outside of normal business hours”, stated Jeff Leiken, Senior Vice President of 360 Training. The newly created enrollment specialist department adds an additional level of support to the current 24-hour technical support operation already in place.
